 After
looking at a lot of new subdivisions we were most impressed with
the fact that you got a lot more square footage for the price with
Evans Co. The Anderson windows and options that we had at the time
were also unmatched. We were impressed with the quality of work;
especially the drywall - no cracks or nail pops. When we came each
weekend to see the progress of our home, we were surprised at how
clean the property was. No trash or working debris was left behind.
We were on a tight schedule moving from the previous home, then
to an apartment we were able to move in 4 months from the start
of construction as promised.

love our new home. We never dreamed we could afford something this
beautiful. We are so pleased with everything about the home and

 We
have heard that the home-building process is usually characterized
as difficult and stressful. As we had never been through the process
before, we were not sure what to expect. Happily our fears were
never realized. In fact, we can honestly say that the process of
building a new home was enjoyable. This can be contributed to the
professionalism of the Evans Company staff and the thoroughness
of the subcontractors. From the initial meetings to the final walk-through,
we were always treated courteously and our concerns were addressed
promptly. There are many things we enjoy about our new home, the
layout, the quality, and the completion schedule to name a few.
There weren't any hidden price increases, the allowances were generous,
and we were able to build our home with as little stress as possible.
If we ever decide to build again, it will be with the Evans Company.
